Christmas presents yay.

My nan is an official and special babe. For Christmas she got me this cute dogstooth (anyone who knows izzy tombs knows I love dogstooth) a line skirt from missguided, AND the fluffiest (anyone who knows izzy tombs knows I love fluff (fluff and dogstooth keep up)) turtle neck, white jumper (not shown in the photo) also from missguided.  All with the complete supervision from myself, obviously (as if it was down to my nan I would be getting copious amounts of toilet roll cosy's - a kind of jumper for a toilet roll thing??-) but still both garments have made me love my nan even more than I already did (if that was possible).

I understand that this is NOT a blog about loving nans (but that would be a cute blog.... or really weird), and therefore  I shall get back to the dogstooth skirt. It's cute, a reallllly fab shape and it can't be worn on LITERALLY any occasion if you dress is accordingly.
It is very nearly Christmas day, the weather is dropping to ice burg degrees and then there is me, Izzy Tombs, going out on a Saturday night to Frankie and Bennies with no sleeves (no sleeves???) yes, I really did brave it. I was so desperate to wear the bargain top I got sooo long ago now (£5 in a New Look sale) and so I just went and DID IT. Paired with my faux leather skirt, I got compliments all night... (just from my boyfriend, but still even that is rare).
Excuse my boring photo, but I dared it today by wearing a NEON PINK, fluffy cropped jumper, with a summer dress.. to work! I thought my casual-carrie outfit might cause a stir with the colleagues, however there was not a peep of annoyance, wahoo, the fluffly jumper can stay.

CHRISTMAS JUMPER MATEY (that is all)

It's Saturday yay ~~

Saturday is always a day I love because it means my outfit doesn't have to sit in the lines of office wear... However (as you can see) I haven't really gone crazy with my day off of boring work wear..
I got this BEAUTIFUL ribbed turtle neck yesterday for just £2.50 from a cute little charity shop in the nice side of Romford. I am wearing this as it's extremely snugly and easy, and a pop of pink is always a fav of mine ~

ANOTHER boring office attire post.

Should I just change this whole blog to an 'office wear' theme? Please understand as the office is the place I spend 50% of my time it does mean I try my hardest to find cute and quirky office outfits.. I know they're boring but they might help another 18/19 year old girl going into their first job role too?? Maybe??? (Fingers crossed)
Anyways, here's my red blouse and patterned skirt that I think has a cute 60s look ~*~
(Yes there is a mysterious mattress in the background)

Friday night mis-match.

On Friday evening I saw my friend who had come down from uni and we had a cute evening in her lounge. As winter approaches I notice how scarily little I have in the way of warm clothes and honestly my thick, tartan Topshop skirt was the most likely item of clothing that would keep me warm as well as staying 'stylish' (I cringed while typing that). So here is an outfit which is completely confused but works in a "clueless inspired- it's cold outside" kind of way.

Wardrobe Finds.

Why oh why have I neglected this Peter Pan collared dress for so long? It's been sitting in the unwanted part of my wardrobe for so long and this morning in a panic (due to unexpected window cleaners looking at me in underwear) I threw it on and understood why I brought all those years ago (and from Primark). I will never ignore/ hate this super cute dress again (no promises though oops) as it's cute and easy for the office, yay.

Office Wear (again).

I am constantly having to remind myself that even though I am going to the same place and seeing the same people 5 days a week doesn't mean I shouldn't make an effort.. This blog post doesn't at all represent that I have made an effort however. With minimal make up and boring hair I can never be bothered to look pretty for my boss (which sounds really weird reading that back).HOWEVER, this £5 dress from the massive new look sale earlier this year has made me very happy! I absolutely adore dogtooth whether it's in season or out of season (which is something I don't keep up with anyway) and the little pockets on this shift dress make this whole working life thing a bit more exciting for moi~~ (P.S. Excuse my HILARIOUS face in this one).

From ripped top to £50 champagne.

This weekend, in just 12 hours I went from a poor attempt of a Halloween outfit, straight to a posh frock to attend the lovely Ascot Horse racing. I purchased a new Dorothy Perkins pencil dress to 'posh' myself up for the day, and I wore my 3 inch New Look court heels. I felt like a little princess, and to make it even better I won £40 which is a massive help to my marketing apprentice wage (cries~)

Whilst drinking £50 bottles of champagne, I found myself realising that my dress was actually an off-white/peach tone, rather than the light pink I originially went for... This wasn't negative however as it just meant I continued to feel elegant and girly in peaceful colours... which is also why I stopped drinking £50 worth of champage, because that elegance was quickly escaping my tipsy body.

My attempt at a Halloween costume this year consisted of a 5 year old top which has been cut up since the first time I used it for Halloween and my lovely leather skirt. I completely cannot do sexy, let alone doing a sexy outfit for Halloween... I decided against a cat this year but I might return to my pussy ways next time as I did miss the cliché.. or maybe a bat? Who knows!

A bloggy throwback.

I am missing Malia sooooo much that I thought I would make myself even sadder and post this photo of myself (right) and my lil girl Nik (left) from the girls holiday this July. I saw Vicky from Geordie Shore (yuck) wearing the black, 'crissy cross' bikini that I'm wearing in this photo... and so obviously after seeing her I went straight to eBay to find a cheaper knock off version! Of course, eBay came through and I purchased this interesting bikini for just £11. Except for the bizarrely shaped, triangle sun burn that it created, I loveeeee this bikini (and also loved the beautiful holiday overall).

Fluffy love ft. Lofty room.

I don't know how up myself it is to admit how much love you have for your own outfit?? I'm not sure but I do know how much I love this fluffy jumper that my mum/nan got for me for my birthday this year.. Paired with a skirt that was £2.. £2!!! from H and M. I'm not massively keen on the skirt but for £2!!! i am in love with the whole thing. Mwah to cheapy skirts and expensive jumpers ~~~

Office Chic?

I haven't posted for a while so here is a boring/samey post of what I am wearing to work today... My Boohoo coat genuinely brightens up and improves any outfit and for £20 you can imagine how chuffed I am...
There is nothing else to say and I apologise for taking a few seconds out of your life to read this god awful boring post, love ya x

Crop Top Delight.

I found my crop top heaven on eBay, pink sparkly and kind of fluffy topshop crop top at just £5, probably priced soooo much higher on normal retail price. I paired it with my lavly black leather skirt and choker and I felt slightly like a hooker on this particular night out, but a girly cute hooker at that xo

Channel 4 Interview.

I had an interview and assessment day at Channel 4 today! I didn't get the job but the experience and Channel 4 building was incredible! I was up against graduates and people who have worked in the industry so I'm chuffed to have got through to the 18 of us who got chosen for an interview out of 1000s who applied.
I loved what I wore today, a red blouse and checkered jacket. Blouse from tesco (oops hehe) and the blazer/jacket was from an unusual website called IKRUSH... I'm not sure about IKRUSH yet but it did ok with the blazer and got many compliments throughout the day.

PS. I was definitely the most stylish interviewee of the day. ~~~

Season Confusion

I have just purchased this boyfriend style wool coat from Boohoo.. bare in mind it's still September which can be classed as summer?! I am too organised with my clothing this year, or maybe I am just completely definitely over spending?
Financial difficulties aside, I have grown to really like this coat and can't wait for when it's actually cold enough to wear and not just wait in my wardrobe..

3 shots of flower power.

I love cami tops but I have significantly little of them which really needs to change. I love this top because it's pretty and simple but has a silky kinda feel so feels delightful on the skin (um izzy) and goes with anythiiiiiing.

Not Worthy at all.

This blog post definitely doesn't even count as a blog post but I am simply just bored. H and M jumper over a run down collar as usual for the working office lady attire, and pouty lips JUST for you.

Birthday Uses

My beautiful best friends all pitched in to get me a New Look voucher for my birthday and so with only half of it I got this amazing rucksack leather bag which I havw been drooling over ever since I first saw it.
I am usually never a rucksack kind of girl as I am not Bear Grylls, however I fell in love with this when I was browsing New Look's website whilst I was working... working super hard  I might add.
I also got this cute little crop top as well which is vair Izzy.

Benny's Artwork.

Don't be alarmed, me and my pal Adam aren't really getting frisky. This is neither a fashion post. I like the grittiness of iPad and Instagram effects that Ben used to make his photography a bit trampish (the look he was going for, I'm not being rude).. The hole near my buttocks also very much top it off.

White on white.

Probably the most boring blog post in the history of blog posts ever but I love this flower collar over my white granny jumper it's cute, smart and I felt way angelic (am actually far from angelic however).

Birthday Presents.

I officially have the best mumma ever. As well as getting Marc Jacobs - Honey, I got two skirts and extra perfume bits for my birthday, including this lovely leather skirt (apparently it's not leather it's a kind of plastic leather?? But we will roll with it).
I never usually trust my mothers judgement on clothes but (shockingly) I love this skirt and it makes every outfit that little bit sexier (which is useful as I definitely don't have even a little bit of sexy from my own accord).

  Birthday Outfit
My favourite white skirt with my new 90s style crop top was my outfit choice for my 19th garden party. However, an outfit change was necessary after spilling copious amounts of strawberry daquiri down beloved white skirt (I have mentioned my clumsiness before, I really wasn't joking).

P.S excuse ones face in this diabolical photo.

The most beautiful 3 inches I have ever seen.

Here's hoping the cheeky post title amused you. These 3 inch heels are a birthday present from my nan (with strict instruction from moi of course) and I adore them. They are perfect for many occasions (excluding any running down stairs quickly which I learnt the hard way) and can look smart, hot or trendy.

One Day Off Of 19.

Boring work attire to calm my excitement for my big 1-9 tomorrow. Any clothes too pretty would just work me up all day...
Cowgirl chic? Na (yeehaw?)

ChokerEverywhereEverytime.

It's likely I will always be wearing my choker. It's not my fault if you hate them because that's your problem as they are fab. I tend to wear my fav primarche sunnies everywhere too, including when it's night time.. Don't judge me and my quirks.(Also meet Lucy).

Dancing Girls Meal

Last year's purchase of an off the shoulder polka dot crop top with my essential high waisted jeans which if you don't own I will be completely shocked on how on earth you live your everyday life. Everyone should understand the usefulness and sleeeeekness of this worshipped style of jeans. (Excuse the room and also the face).

Meal out... Again
Last night's meal (forever eating, call me fatteh). A standard, old and needs to be thrown away jumper from H and M over a cute little stripy turtle neck top (originally a dress from Boohoo). Expect to see panda case in many blogposts, hollaaaaaaa ~~~~~

White Skirt Happiness.

(Excuse the messy room and plug socket galore) beautiful white skirt, Topshop, £5 from eBay. Always wanted a white skirt and was never too sure as am quite a clumsy and messy person, but the white skirt stayed white for this night.
All hail eBay and the cheap deals one can get, I have experienced some very lucky purchases in the past, but white skirt beautifullness is my all time favourite.

Jelly loving and rubbing

One of the best days ever. Picking up jelly shoes for £15 in a sale, when they're usually £25 (but actually worth £3). I usually pair them with frill white socks, but this day I was obviously living dangerously and ready for the jelly rubbing.

Messy walk in wardrobe

It's likely this room will appear in many posts. It's not a walk in wardrobe it's just a boring room but you don't need to know that. Clueless inspired outfit and tartan is queen

Creepers jeepers

I had a summer love affair with these creepers 2013. Until they completely fell to pieces. Ugly but beautiful.

Choker - eBay. Shirt - Select. Jumper - Primark.

Office wear. White collars over faded jumpers does something to me.

Neckline access.

Choker via eBay.
Pendent via eBay.
Standard black top needed a yin yang and Las Vegas touch.

ASOS Prom

Sixth form prom dress. Exactly what I wanted. ASOS £27 for the high neck bodycon red. Favourite moment finding it 😍

Malia pout

Malia post. Primark sunglasses and Sainsburies bikini. (Ft. Burnt chest)

Haunts

H and M changing rooms.
This summer piece still haunts me. Why didn't I get it? Pale blue with a tiny floral décor is heavenly.
(excuse my trusty crumpled meow bag).

Checked sight

Day of boating looking more like a picnic blanket than a sailor.
